Customized to meet your requirements, GreyStone Aggre-Washer and Screening Plants are the most portable and diverse plants on the market. Producers can equip these versatile washing and screening plants with single or twin classifier screws, urethane or Ni-Hard wear shoes, a variety of horizontal or inclined screens and manual or hydraulic leveling devices. Easy to transport, Aggre-Washer plants are ready to move by simply folding down the feed hopper, removing the blocking and hooking up to the tractor trailer. GreyStone washing and screening plants can be moved and ready for operation within a single shift.
GreyStone provides a complete line of heavy-duty Screw Classifiers that can be specified with either a single or twin model screw classifier.
The Aggre-Washer accommodates several types of horizontal screens. A producer can use his own screen or GreyStone will provide a screen. Semi-portables can be equipped with either an incline or horizontal screen.
A large feed hopper with a water system ensures maximum production to the screen. The feed hopper also allows for material to be converted to slurry prior to entering the screen decks.
Cross conveyors can be either 24" or 30" wide and are 12' long. The reversible cross conveyor allows for distribution of material on both sides of the wash plants.
Screen discharge chutes have A-R plate steel chute liners for maintenance-free service life. The chute design allows operators to discharge each product directly onto radial stacking conveyors.
Each deck is equipped with spray bars to ensure maximum washing. Valves allow the operator to regulate GPM and tailor the washing action of the material.
A large work platform with safety railings and toe boards gives the operator a safe area to change screen cloth, adjust spray bars, and monitor screen operation.
